A 300 sq meters luxury villa with its private swimming pool, in front of the sea, on the top of a rock, facing west with magnificent sunsets. It is located besides the villa Oceanis and in case of larger groups, both villas are ideal for the accommodation of up to 18 people.

The villa is built on 3 floors. The ground floor accommodates the kitchen, dining room and the living room having direct access to the swimming pool. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed and its private bathroom. What makes this villa ideal for familes with small children is that the parents can always keep an eye on them from the ground floor. The first floor accommodates a large suite bedroom with its own bathroom and an open fireplace and one more bedroom with 2 single beds and its own bathroom. The top floor accommodates the master bedroom with its own large bathroom and two large balconies.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, large dining tables and chairs by the pool and barbeque. The villa is fully air conditioned and there is a Hi-Fi system and a Flat TV in the living room. There is private parking space. Daily 4-hour cleaning service provided. Daily change of towels and twice a week change of linens. Besides the daily cleaning, the villa manager visits the villa daily and makes sure that everything works fine. Pets are accepted.

1,000 Euro security deposit.
