It really depends on what you are looking for. If you are looking for intense night-life then Athens, Mykonos, Santorini, Corfu and Rhodes are some of the names you may want to include in your itinerary. For a more relaxed atmosphere you may want to include Crete, Paros, Delphi. If you are interested in visiting archaeological sites then you should not miss Athens, Delphi, Mycenae, Santorini and the Akrotiri excavation site, and Epidaurus.
