A 300 sq meters luxury villa with its private swimming pool, in front of the sea, on the top of a rock, facing west with magnificent sunsets. Located at the Kanalia area the villa is within a 5 min drive from Ornos, 10 min drive from down town Mykonos and 20 min from the famous Psarou beach. Located at the end of the road the villas is perfect for people who enjoy quietness and tranquility.

The property is a 4 bedroom luxury villa (queen size beds) in 3 floors. The ground floor accommodates 3 large bedrooms suites. The two bedrooms have direct access to the swimming pool and share a large bathroom. The 3rd bedroom does not have access to the pool, but has its own bathroom. The ground floor accommodates the laundry room as well with laundry and a dryer. The first floor accommodates the kitchen, dining room and the large living room. There is a guest WC on this floor as well. The top floor accommodates the master bedroom with its own open bathroom and private WC. Wonderful view, with two balconies to the sunset.

In case that more than 8 people need to be accommodated, the villa has a guest house attached to it, with direct access to the swimming pool. It is not connected with the villa however, it can easily accommodate two extra people with its queen size bed, private bathroom and kitchenette.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, large dining tables and chairs by the pool and barbeque. The villa is fully air conditioned and there is a Hi-Fi system and a Flat TV in the living room. There is private parking space. Daily 4-hour cleaning service provided. Daily change of towels and twice a week change of linens. Besides the daily cleaning, the villa manager visits the villa daily and makes sure that everything works fine. Pets are accepted.

1,000 Euro security deposit.
